At Moorland Furniture we have been associated with cabinet making and furniture restoration within the West Devon area for over 10 Years - between us we have over 50 years experience in furniture restoration and manufacturing.

Peter Brown and John Follett were both apprenticed by Tony Follett whose is still looking after the antique industry of East Devon today although he is now in his 70’s.

We offer a complete restoration service to the private customer and a limited one to the trade. We also offer Cabinet Making, Restoration, French Polishing, Re-Polishing, Re-upholstery, Glass Repairs and Leather Re-Lining being amongst the most common of our commissions.

For many years we have provided sub-contracting services to one of the leading specialist remote control plasma TV cabinet retailers in the UK (see an example project).

We also offer our services to three of the largest retail antique dealers in the West and South West as well as the countries largest removal firm to repair any furniture unfortunately damaged during transit.
